In June 2026, Felicia and Andrew Malby acquired the business through Assisi Fine Foods LLC. We chose this name because it reflects our personal commitment to authentic relationships, honest stewardship, and treating every partner with dignity. We are carrying forward the exact same respected name, product partners, and high standards.
